Frequently Asked Questions
About Subscriptions
1. What does subscribing mean?
Subscribing means your selected items are delivered automatically on a recurring schedule you choose. Same products, same quality—just fewer reorders to remember.
2. Do I have to commit long-term?
No. There is no long-term contract unless a specific offer clearly states otherwise. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account.
3. How often will I receive my order?
You choose your delivery frequency when you subscribe (for example: every 2, 4, or 8 weeks). You can change this at any time.
4. Can I change what’s in my subscription?
Yes. Before each order processes, you can swap products, add items, remove items, or skip that delivery entirely.
5. Is there a discount for subscribing?
Some subscriptions include a built-in thank-you discount. If a discount applies, it will be clearly shown before you check out.
6. When will my card be charged?
Your card is charged when your order processes, just before it ships—not when you first subscribe.
7. How does shipping work with subscriptions?
Shipping follows our standard rules. Meat orders qualify for free shipping over $150. Eggs and certain specialty items ship separately and follow their own shipping guidelines.
8. Can I pause or skip a delivery?
Absolutely. You can pause your subscription or skip individual deliveries anytime from your account—no penalties.
9. Will I get reminders before my order processes?
Yes. We send reminder emails before your order processes so you have time to make changes if needed.
10. Is the quality the same as one-time orders?
Yes. Subscriptions receive the exact same products raised, processed, and shipped to the same standards as one-time orders.
11. Why does Wanted Raw Foods offer subscriptions?
Subscriptions help us plan responsibly, reduce waste, support our farmers, and keep quality high—without cutting corners.
12. What if I still have questions?
Reach out anytime. We’re happy to help and would rather explain things clearly than leave you guessing.
